Migrating here permanetly with his parents during high school. But spending his earlier summers and weekends working at the North Shore Store when his grandparents owed it. Greg began his growing of the North Shore with his father Ed Sanning. Greg helped build many subdivisions with his father, Ed, with the surveying of land and writing of restrictions, to secure the proper growth of the land, to make this a family community for many to call home. With 47 Years in Real Estate, Selling many properties more than once, he can offer you the guidance needed to get your property bought or sold. Building and having an interest in seeing the area grow as a safe lake community. Greg shared the fishing hobby with his father, spent most springs putting out brush for fish habitats. Greg's passion past real estate is collecting antiques and loves the resale shops and yard sale scene.
Obtaining his real estate License during college, to just help out on weekends at the family business. 48+ years walking property and assisting many people in becoming owners here at Lake of The Ozarks. We are unsure if there is a home on the Northshore Greg Has not been in. Greg is a very kind and generous Broker, offering faxing and coping to the local public free of charge. Our Kansas City Native landed here in Rocky Mount in 2015. “Life Is Better At The Lake”, a phrase showed to all by Debbie Collins. Some know her story of arriving here at the Lake of The Ozarks in 2015. After purchasing her home from the late agent Ken Willingham, he encouraged her to become an agent. With guidance from Greg Sanning she became part of the Team in 2016. Working through that first year was all about learning, making connections and living here at the lake.

Born in Brooklyn from Italian descent, instilling the values of a good work ethic. Laura moved to Colorado in 1976, and raised a beautiful family. In 2020 she became a permanent resident of the Lake of the Ozarks. After spending years vacationing and owning a seasonal home in Rocky Mount, Laura and her husband Art are excited to now call the lake HOME.

Originally from the St Louis area Janet, her husband Brian and her children had been weekend warriors here at the lake. Permanently moving to the Lake of the Ozarks 23 years ago. Originally from Grafton Il., St. Louis Area. Christina began coming to the Lake in 2006, to her farm located in Barnett as a weekend warrior to escape the city with her Husband Cliff and 4 children. The Passion she has for the outdoors, farm life, lake activities of fishing and boating gave her the dream of making the lake her final place to call home. Permanently relocating here in 2015, with a 2nd home she purchased thru our office in 2014, from the late Judy Kenworthy.
Christina has been part of the Ed Sanning Team since 2016, her positive outlook, goal setting marks, accounting skills and education, have created our office brand and standard. Working in the Background of our office she offers the positive support our agents and clients need to be successful. Don’t be confused her role isn’t just in the office, she provides tech support, marketing, field trips to put out signs, logo and sign designs and all the office organization to keep the staff up and running and in the Relator mode.
